While binary newsgroups can be used to distribute completely legal user-created works, some binary groups are used to illegally distribute copyrighted media.

provides a way for owners of copyrighted material to remove their material from unintended sources.

Here are the steps to follow:
1. Please send an email to TMS4US@SWBELL.NET stating that your work has been infringed upon. This is just the initial step and a member of our staff will contact you and guide you
through the rest of the process. If you have found multiple occurrences of your work it is not necessary at this point to list them all.
2. Upon receiving our reply to your "report abuse" you may now list all the URL's that you feel are infringed upon. Include a formal statement in your reply that
you are indeed the owner of this work.
3. Digitally sign the email as specified in the DMCA.
4. Attach a formal statement that you understand the legal implications of providing false information and that all information is accurate.
